Kathleen Chicoine

Kathleen Chicoine is a Certified General Appraiser within the Sioux Falls office in the Midwest Region. Ms. Chicoine joined CBRE in December 2020. Prior to joining CBRE, Kathleen worked in the finance industry. Her geographical focus is the State of South Dakota.

Kathleen Chicoine is an Appraiser with over four years of commercial real estate experience. Kathleen has provided appraisal services for a variety of investment grade commercial real estate products for financing, acquisition/disposition, and asset evaluation.

Ms. Chicoine provides appraisal services for a variety of property types including Retail, Office, Medical Office, Industrial, Land Development, Residential Subdivision Development, Mixed-Use Properties, and Multi-Family. She has experience in providing appraisals ranging from properties valued under $1-million to institutional quality assets valued in excess of $100-million.

• Bachelor degree in Business Economics with a minor in Rural Real Estate and Evaluation from South Dakota State University
