Kathrine Gillis serves as the Managing Director for Retail and Advisory & Transaction Services in Texas and Oklahoma. In her role, Kathrine manages a team of more than 50 brokers focused on occupier and landlord leasing. She is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the team, overseeing business planning, business development, client relations and talent management.
Previously, Kathrine was CBRE’s Sales Management Director for North Texas, working to increase the company’s market share for occupier and investor services and acting as the liaison between the local brokerage team and the CBRE platform of services. She originally joined CBRE in January 2016 as a Marketing Specialist, where she quickly became the marketing single-point-of-contact for Retail in Texas before being promoted to Marketing Manager for Business Development in North Texas across all lines of business.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kathrine was a Senior Account Executive at Dala Communications (Formerly C. Pharr and Co. Ink), a business-to-business public relations agency in Dallas, Texas.
