As part of CBRE in Central Florida, Kathy Bonini represents owners and occupiers of retail properties across Central Florida. In her role, Ms. Bonini advises clients through all aspects of a lease transaction and provides marketing strategies that competitively position her client’s assets, including retail pad sites, strip centers, and mixed-use complexes. She has successfully negotiated transactions on behalf of local and regional retailers.
Ms. Bonini began her real estate career in residential home sales at Keller Williams Realty then transitioned into a commercial leasing role at Lincoln Property Company where she specialized in retail property transactions along the Interstate-4 corridor. She has been involved in more than ±100K square feet of retail leasing in 2023.
