Kathleen VanderPol

Kathy VanderPol is a Finance Manager currently working with Kaiser Permanente and HCA for Corporate Accounting located in the Dallas, Texas area.

Kathy joined Trammell Crow Company, now CBRE, in 1984 as an Senior Accountant working in Client Accounting  Services responsible for accounting services for institutional, joint venture and private market clients. After receiving several promotions over the years to Controller and now Finance Manager for Global Corporate Services, Kathy brings an extensive background in real estate accounting and management. Kathy has had the opportunity to work with several key strategic clients and has developed an expertise in the real estate market.

Attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, compliance reporting, staff management, cost savings initiatives, accurate and timely reporting and budgeting, and strong client services are some of the skills that Kathy has continued to display for her clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kathy worked in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
