Katherine Browder

Katie Browder is a Senior Communications Specialist on the Global Project Management Platform with CBRE.  Located in Charlotte, her responsibilities include support of local and dedicated project management marketing initiatives, facilitation of the CBRE Foundations for Project Management training program, and operational modeling across Project Management’s business sectors of dedicated client accounts and local markets.In this role, she also pilots web publishing activities and supports new business pursuits.

Katie has worked extensively with the Platform and divisional Project Management leaders to develop new and relevant marketing collateral for the service line. Additionally, she is developing methods of housing these tools, as well as process execution for both dedicated client accounts and local market teams to more easily access information needed for proposals.Katie has also worked to refresh the Project Management brand, in an effort to become more aligned with CBRE’s refreshed brand-style guidelines, as well as streamlining documents and templates that can be used for both dedicated client accounts and local markets so that they may deliver a high standard of service to our clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Katie spent time as an Automotive Account Executive with The News & Observer in Raleigh, as well as the Charlotte Observer, in partnership with Cars.com. Prior to this, Katie served the financial needs of high-value clients as an Operations and Compliance Associate at Morgan Keegan and Company, now Raymond James.
