Kathryn Buck

Katie Froelich is a Project Manager for CBRE's Central Texas region, which encompasses Austin and San Antonio. She is a key member of the team that coordinates every phase of a project, including design planning, contractor selection, budget, schedule development, construction oversight, and project close-out.  With unique skills and background in operations and project management, Katie consistently provides a satisfying client experience.

Prior to joining the CBRE Project Management Team, Katie worked in the financial services industry as an operations manager where she managed the operational functions at five regional offices.  Her responsibilities included the hiring of new financial advisors; the organization of client appreciation and education events; and the managing of local licensing processes, profit/loss reporting, facilities management, and real estate projects.  She also led the hiring, coaching, and performance management of support staff throughout the region.  In this role, she was previously a client of CBRE’s Asset Services group and Project Management group.  ​​​​
