The build-out resulted a place for AECOM’s new open workplace standards. CBRE’s Project Management professionals fulfilled all lease obligations throughout the course of this $50 million project, decommissioned AECOM’s existing 400,000 sq. ft., and finally, delivered the project in eight months, meeting AECOM’s deadline.

Negotiation expertise, general contractor and design management provided cost savings, increased tenant improvements and project delivery under budget
A fast track schedule allowed Egg Strategy to relocate six weeks earlier, doing away with the need to pay rent in multiple locations. The new space included a larger community area for collaborative work sessions as well as an AV system enabling Egg Strategy to communicate with their employees at other sites.

We negotiated on Fenix’s behalf to align their project goals with the landlord delivery. The increase in TIA resulted in additional project upgrades including an 18 foot tall major branding wall, a retail display center including rolling garage doors, and high end finishes. The project finished on time and was highly successful.

Through competitive bidding, value engineering, and careful selection of materials, which included Shaw Fusion carpet and Old Castle Fusion Glass, CBRE was able to meet the client’s budget requirements and achieve the high end timeless space they desired. The project reflects the new standard for residential real estate companies and is positively impacting LIV Sotheby’s bottom line.

Data center relocation & updated space to resonate with talent in the highly competitive tech field
Project was completed 5% under client’s expectation & on schedule with look and feel envisioned by company
Loading/shipping warehouse converted into break area with collaborative seating, deck, glass garage doors for summer months & locker room with showers. The reception area was created for client facing events, achieving the “cool” factor the company desired. The data center upgraded their systems and provided a much more effective installation with 24/7 AC and FM 2000 fire suppression safety nets.

Expanded Boulder presence by relocating offices to 30,000 sq. ft. of Class A space
Extensive coordination with core/shell contractor and landlord & non-local project team members, creative input to brand local office
GMP negotiations and cost reconciliation with core/shell general contractor provided Twitter $80,000 recovery in construction savings. Diligent meeting organization and digital onsite walkthroughs provided collaboration with Twitter throughout project. The finished product reflects Twitter’s brand, with a local Boulder flair that aligns with Twitter’s recruiting and employee culture.

$12 million renovation, ensure business continuity of fully occupied campus with data centers
Project design and planning, swing space construction management, 7-phased moves to complete project, peak business season
18 month project was successfully completed with no impact to their business, which was critical during peak season for credit/debit card transaction windows. CBRE was integral in leading a diverse project execution team of contractors, furniture vendors, IT managers, as well as internal Visa staff from the facilities, IT infrastructure, and security departments.

48,000 SF CoBiz headquarters relocation to a new core/shell building at 1401 Lawrence in Downtown Denver
Project management professionals overcame significant core and shell construction delays during the course of the project, and delivered cost and schedule savings to CoBiz
The project included a showcase internal staircase to promote collaboration and connectivity between floors, client friendly meeting area, and a street level branch bank. CBRE saved CoBiz in excess of $100,000 through strategic sourcing and negotiation.

High end financial services firm in Downtown Denver, 25,000 SF office move, implement new workplace strategies but maintain their excellent culture
Tight schedule to fit relocation within lease expiration timeline to avoid holdover costs for Denver Investments, FUSION purchasing program saved money on flooring and ceilings, project was completed on time and on budget

Zimmer Biomet is a medical device company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for spine patients, worldwide.
Their new 105,000 SF spine headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado includes a manufacturing plant, test and cadaver lab, surgical training center and office space for approximately 300 employees.
CBRE project management was instrumental in the complex, detailed project requirements that included building infrastructure enhancements, extensive field coordination for over 180 pieces of manufacturing and lab equipment, and a hole cut between the administrative floors to provide a sense of connectivity and energy between the floors. CBRE’s flexible and nimble project management style with strong, collaborative leadership skills resulted in a project that came in on-time and on-budget.
