Katy Taylor is a Senior Associate at CBRE specializing in all aspects of leasing and selling Commercial Real Estate. Known for her collaborative, strategic approach, Katy partners closely with owners, developers, and tenants to deliver tailored real estate solutions backed by market knowledge and experience. She brings a hands-on, detail-oriented style to every assignment. Katy has experience working across agency leasing and tenant advisory, gaining a well-rounded perspective on retail transactions and client partnerships.

Katy has been involved in numerous transactions since the start of her Commercial Real Estate career in 2020. She has overseen the leasing for nearly 1 million square feet throughout Central Florida and represented regional and national tenants in their expansions.

An Orlando native, Katy brings in-depth local market knowledge to her role which serves as an advantage for her clients. She also brings a strong passion for retail, having always been fascinated by the ever-evolving customer experience and how retail shapes people’s daily lives.

Katy strives to be a valued partner to her clients and has established herself as a standout rising producer in the Florida retail brokerage business.
