Kayla Ripple serves as a Transaction Manager at CBRE. She has 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently focused with Industrial & Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services.

Teaming up with Senior Vice President Andrew Jewett, Jason Dillee, and Senior Vice President Cape Bell, Kayla and her team provide strategic planning and transaction execution for a diverse set of industrial corporations. Her commercial real estate experience enables the team to meet its overall goals and objectives. She is recognized as being detail-oriented and having strong organizational skills that gives her the ability to work with a variety of clients, customers, and industry resources in developing sales presentations, surveys, proposals and business reports.

Prior to joining CBRE Kayla spent 2 years in property management, before that, Kayla worked at Cushman & Wakefield where she started her career.
