As a Director, Project Management based in Las Vegas, Kaytlin Knudson excels in the successful oversight of development projects from inception to completion. Her expertise encompasses the full spectrum of project management services, including site selection and conceptual programming, estimating, budgeting, entitlements, design, permitting, and construction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kaytlin served as a Development Manager for Matter Real Estate, where she led the design, permitting, and construction of UnCommons, a 40-acre mixed-use development in Southwest Las Vegas, as well as the construction of Matter North 15, a 1.0M SF industrial project in North Las Vegas. She also previously served as a Project Manager for Compass Development and Arrow Electronics, where she oversaw projects across a wide variety of sectors and geographies, including Nevada, Utah, California, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Washington, and the Netherlands. Kaytlin’s keen eye for detail and strong client focus have built an exceptional track record that speaks to her ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with excellent results.
