Keegan Schenk joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group in New York as an Associate, where he specializes in Tenant Representation. Through CBRE’s Business Development Immersion program, he has gained specialized expertise in strategic real estate advisory, with a focus on developing tailored solutions for clients across sectors such as technology, finance, and professional services. Keegan’s strong start at CBRE reflects his commitment to delivering value-driven results and his ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of his clients.

Keegan’s passion for real estate began during his time at Arizona State University, where he founded and served as President of the university’s Real Estate Club, an experience that reinforced his leadership skills and industry connections. Before transferring to ASU, Keegan was a Division I track and field athlete at Northern Arizona University, a background that has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and perseverance. In addition to his role at CBRE, Keegan remains active in the real estate community through his membership with REBNY and his dedication to staying ahead of industry trends in New York City’s competitive market.
