Professional Experience
Keith joined CBRE in September 2018 as Director of Project Management for Chile.
Construction Engineer with over 10 years of experience managing important projects and interdisciplinary teams at Senior position. Has worked in various types of projects and scales, such as residential, retail, corporate, industrial, educational, sports, data centres, landscape and street urbanizations projects during development of all stages of the project and responsible as direct point of contact and relation with the client.
Previous to CBRE, Keith worked as Property & Facilities Director for Cognita International Schools in Chile, responsible for the construction and expansions of a network of 12 campuses of Pumahue and Manquecura private schools. Previous to Cognita, Keith worked as a Senior Project Manager for Jones Lang Lasalle.
Keith is a US Citizen living in Chile since 2002, previously stationed at Nellis AFB, Nevada, as a United States Air Force Officer where he earned his 1st degree as an Aerospace Engineer.
His strong background allows him to provide service, both in Spanish and English at native level, and use engineering and project management skills to assist clients in all decision making and project development process.
As Director of CBRE Project Management line of services in Chile , Keith is involved in all the stages of a project, since the early contacts with the client, going through contract negotiations, project planning and implementation until the final project close-out phases. His current responsibilities include:

- Interface with other CBRE lines of service.
Keith holds a Construction Engineer degree and diploma on Leadership and Strategic Management from Catholic University of Chile.
