Keith Lundquist is a Senior Director of Project Management for CBRE. Keith leads teams of talented and professional people on all types and sizes of construction projects. He has built a solid reputation for project success and client satisfaction through his leadership expertise and technical knowledge.

With more than 30 years of experience in the Construction Management industry Mr. Lundquist has managed over $2B in project costs. His expertise includes all phases of the development, design and construction process, including team selection, scheduling, budgeting and project management. Project specific expertise includes, shell/core construction, high-end tenant improvements, tenant representation on build-to-suit projects, owner build to suit and life science projects.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Lundquist was the founder of LCM Construction Management where he oversaw the operations of a $150M in annual construction value project management business. Preceding his work at LCM, Mr. Lundquist was a Principal at a major General Contracting firm for 14 years.

CZI, Redwood City, CA – Tenant build-outs at multiple sites; 7 projects totaling 325,000 SF. Two (2) of the projects were new Build-to-Suit Office Buildings. Office space and collaborative areas.
ForeScout Technologies, San Jose, CA – 95,000 SF Tenant Improvement Class A Office. From demolition to move in and start up. Includes data centers and extensive AV, café, training room, live video/TV media studio.
Alejandro Zaffaroni Residence, Menlo Park, CA
University of California, San Francisco, San Francisco, CA - new 237,000 SF five story neurosciences laboratory building.
NGM Biosciences, So. San Francisco, CA – Interior build-out of 105,000 SF four story building. Life Science project including biology labs, offices, meeting spaces, vivarium, All-Hands space, gym, locker room, showers.
Valley Christian School, San Jose, CA - 180,000 SF. New campus for Jr. HS and HS, including classrooms, pool, locker room facilities, and fields.
Affymetrix, West Sacramento, CA – Two (2) buildings; 55,000 SF and 110,000 SF build-to-suit manufacturing facility, including class 1000 cleanrooms, QA labs and admin offices.
DBI, San Jose, CA – 277,000 SF Build to Suit for distribution company. Includes offices, refrigeration chambers, docks, exterior improvements.
