Keith McGovern

Keith McGovern is Project Management Director at CBRE Thailand. Keith has more than 15 years’ of experience in concept planning, design, procurement, contract management, project management and construction supervision of industrial, commercial and residential projects in Thailand, Myanmar, Australia and Ireland.

As a qualified mechanical engineer, quantity surveyor and project management professional, Keith has extensive experience in building services and large scale civil and infrastructure projects from conception through to project handover. He is well versed in the full life cycle requirements of a project being delivered from site acquisition, local authority liaison, stakeholder engagement, design approvals, procurement, contractor management, delivery, testing and commissioning, and handover.

Previously to joining CBRE, Keith has worked for a well-known engineering company as a Project Management Business Line Leader, leading a combined team of technical and management staff delivering successful projects throughout Thailand and Myanmar.
