Keith J. Richard, MAI is a First Vice President with over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Richard is part of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Tampa office in the Florida Region and his primary geographical location is Southwest and Central Florida.
Mr. Richard is a member of CBRE’s Retail Valuation Group (RVG) which is comprised of 50 national appraisers who have significant experience in retail valuation. As a member of the RVG, Mr. Richard specializes in multi-tenant and single tenant retail property types. Mr. Richard is routinely engaged to complete complex valuation assignments.
Mr. Richard’s experience has included all major property types (office, retail, industrial & multifamily) and a wide variety of specialized properties. Client types represented include local, regional and national banks and credit unions, CMBS issuers and special servicers, pension funds, private lenders and government agencies. Mr. Richard has completed Right of Way appraisals for the States of Texas and Louisiana, FEMA, pipeline companies and railroads.
