Zaky is a recognized business leader in the Silicon Valley with a proven reputation for building and leading organizations during critical times in their history. He has over 40 years of executive management and global operations experience in the technology and commercial real estate sectors
Zaky has been with CBRE since 2005, and presently serves as Vice Chairman. Over this 16 year period, he has excelled in the Occupier sector of the commercial real estate industry by combining his global experience in business operations with CBRE's global real estate services platform. Applying this background, he is uniquely qualified to represent his client’s interests everywhere in the world. Zaky's business has grown from a core group of 3 into over 650 dedicated and variable real estate professionals in 58 countries. He and his team are widely acknowledged as one of the top real estate practices globally, and have performed over $68 Billion in transaction volume. His past and current assignments include among the most significant and complex deals around the world.
Zaky's name frequents the CCC Top 100 List, he has been ranked #1 in CBRE Corporate Advisory globally, and in the top 10 overall for the past 9 years. In 2018 and 2019 he was CBRE's #1 broker globally.
Prior to CBRE, Keith enjoyed a 23 year career in the high tech sector. Notably, he spent 15 years at Octel Communications Corporation. Beginning at their startup phase and through their rise into a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded world leader, he rose through the ranks to hold multiple executive and officer level positions. This included Director, Western Region Enterprise Division, Director, Western Region Service Provider Division, Director, National Wireless Division and culminated in Asia where he opened and lead Octel's Asia Pacific Region from Singapore and served as Vice President and Managing Director. During this stint, Zaky sat on the Executive Boards of both Lucent Asia and Lucent PRC. This also included an appointment to the CEO Advisory Council with the Singapore Ministry of Finance, for which he and a select group of regional leaders consulted on economic policy during the Asian Financial Crisis ('98-'00).

Keith went on to hold officer positions at Persistence Software (Executive VP, Global Operations) and First Virtual Communications (Executive VP, Global Operations). Zaky was instrumental in the turnaround phase and ultimate sale of both companies.
