Kelley Greenstein is an associate with CBRE in the Fort Lauderdale office, working alongside Benjamin H. Silver and the rest of the South Florida Capital Markets team. In this role, she specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of retail properties throughout South Florida. In the last five years, the team has worked to accrue over $1 billion dollars in commercial real estate assets throughout South Florida, making them one of the most competitive retail brokerage teams.
Kelley joined CBRE as a Field Research Analyst then became a Sales Analyst in the South Florida Market. These positions gave her industry exposure while allowing her to hone her communication, leadership, marketing and entrepreneurship skills. Before joining CBRE, she also gained experience at Marcus & Millichap as an Agent Candidate.
