Kelley Matheson specializes in the representation of landlords and has been expanding CBRE’s market presence in the Tampa Bay area with a focus on office leasing.
Kelley has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 1994, when she began her career with Cushman & Wakefield in their Midtown Manhattan office. Since then Kelley has gained extensive experience working in Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office, Jones Lang LaSalle in Miami, Pointe Group Advisors in Sarasota and with CBRE in the Tampa Bay market since 2015.
