As Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services for the Greater Philadelphia Region, Kelly Conaway partners with her leadership team and sales professionals to win new business and drive revenue growth and market share while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Kelly oversees business operations and drives the market’s growth strategy for all Advisory Service lines of business across downtown and suburban Philadelphia, Delaware, Southern New Jersey, the Lehigh Valley, and Central Pennsylvania.
Before being appointed Managing Director, Kelly spent more than 18 years as Director of Marketing providing strategic leadership and direct oversight on all business development, design, communications and social and digital marketing initiatives for the Northeast, including Greater Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut and Long Island. Her responsibilities included leading a team of 15 marketing and design professionals while partnering with Management, Research and Americas Marketing to support business development, existing account management and brand expansion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly was a Senior Marketing Coordinator for KlingStubbins and a Client Relations Manager for RMJM Hillier. Her responsibilities included graphic design for marketing collateral, preparing proposals and presentations for new business, coordinating design award submissions, and facilitating community visioning workshops.
