Kelly Graf is an Associate with CBRE Retail Services, specializing in retail leasing and strategic advisory services. Born and raised on O‘ahu, Kelly brings a deep understanding of Hawai‘i’s unique market dynamics and consumer behavior. She partners with landlords to curate best-in-class merchandising strategies and drive successful lease-up campaigns, while also advising national and local retailers on brand expansion across the islands.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly was with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, where she supported an investment sales team and represented landlords for retail and office assets throughout O‘ahu.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, she is an avid waterwoman, having spent most of her youth in the ocean between surfing contests and outrigger canoe paddling. She is also actively involved in the community, serving as founding board member and President-Elect for the Commercial Real Estate Women Network, Hawai‘i Chapter.
