Kelly Graf is an Associate with Advisory and Transaction Services — Retail Services in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Born and raised on Oahu, Kelly has an intimate commitment to curating best in class retail experiences across Hawaii. Her in-depth market knowledge and keen awareness to market trends and consumer psychology allows her to strategically work with landlords in executing merchandising plans and successful lease-up strategies. Kelly is also a trusted advisor for retailers in implementing their real estate strategies and brand execution throughout the islands.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly spent over two years at Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks, where she served on an investment sales team and represented landlords for retail and office properties across Oahu.
Growing up, Kelly spent most of her time in the ocean, split between surfing competitions and outrigger canoe paddling. She graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Kelly is involved in several community groups and professional organizations, most notably she is a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network - Hawaii Chapter, currently serving as a 2024 Board Member and Director of Membership.
