Kelly is responsible for partnering with business operations leadership to define, drive and lead initiatives that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CBRE’s US field offices. Her priority is to identify and deliver consistency in business processes which support our platform and programs across the country. This is accomplished by leveraging functional groups, collaborating with shared services leaders and by providing training opportunities to field personnel.
Kelly’s depth of knowledge and expertise in operations enables her to materially make progress on both strategic initiatives and tactical processes, as well as build and execute against recognized business gaps. She has a deep understanding of both the business process side and people side of our business. Her ability to coordinate teams, initiatives and project plans, builds advantage across our operational platform.
From 2014 to 2016, Kelly was the Director of Operations for the Eastern Division. In that role she was responsible for developing and implementing operational strategy that drove operational excellence, efficiency and collaboration across our field operations. The Eastern Division was comprised of over 40 offices in key markets such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Philadelphia, New York and Washington, DC. The Division represented one of CBRE’s largest operating divisions with annual revenues exceeding $3 billion.
From 2007 to 2014, Kelly was the Director of Operations for the Florida Region, responsible for managing the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for eight CBRE offices across the state. Kelly’s role was highly strategic in ensuring that CBRE deployed the best and most efficient use of tools and resources in the region. She was actively involved in leading and facilitating all aspects of finance, human resources, facilities, administration, information technology, research and marketing. She also acted as a business partner to local executive management to help drive initiatives and ensure achievement of performance goals.
Prior to relocating to Florida in 2007, she was the Senior Office Operations Manager for CBRE in the Greater Puget Sound Area.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and administration.
