Kelly Cubbin is a First Vice President with CBRE's Leasing Services group in Detroit, Michigan. Since joining CBRE in 2017, she has specialized in tenant representation and strategic portfolio solutions for local, national, and global organizations.
Kelly advises clients across the office, automotive, and R&D sectors on portfolio strategy, site selection, and lease negotiations. In 2025, Kelly and her team completed more than 80 transactions across 20 states, helping clients align their real estate strategies with business objectives.
Prior to her advisory role, Kelly supported CBRE's Office, Industrial, and Retail specialty practice groups as a Researcher, providing the analytical foundation that continues to inform her client-focused approach. Before joining CBRE, she spent two years with Wells Fargo in commercial lending.
A lifelong Metro Detroiter, Kelly is actively involved in her community and is a proud mother of two.
