Kelly Whaley serves as the Senior Managing Director of Advisory & Transaction Services | Investor Services for CBRE in Dallas-Fort Worth. In his role, Kelly leads investor leasing, capital markets and property management business lines across all product types and oversees nearly 100 professionals. His key focus is integrating brokerage, capital markets and asset services business lines to provide comprehensive solutions to clients within DFW market.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly spent seven years as the Director of Leasing for Harwood International. He was responsible for leasing strategies, marketing, asset management, capital markets, property management and investor relations for over 2.3 million sq. ft. of Class A office space in Uptown Dallas’ Harwood District. During his tenure, he negotiated over 1.5 million sq. ft. in office leases valuing over $600 million.
