Kelly Woodruff is a dedicated Tenant Advisor with CBRE. Exclusively representing tenants with their office space needs, he has worked on lease transactions in Austin, TX, throughout the United States and around the world. He has successfully assisted a variety of clients including technology start-ups, AM 100 law firms, and Fortune 500 organizations. This diverse group of clients has provided opportunities to work on over 3M SF of lease transactions across the globe.
Kelly’s expertise lies in leasing acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, space management, and strategic planning. Identifying and securing optimal office spaces that align with his clients' unique needs and goals is his primary objective.
A proud native of Atlanta, Georgia, Kelly moved to Texas in 2009 to pursue his education at Trinity University, where he also played Varsity Baseball all four years. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he joined CBRE through the prestigious Wheel Program. 13 years later, and a lifer with CBRE, he is an integral part of the Advisory and Transaction team. In his spare time, he loves playing golf, cooking, and being outdoors with his wife and chocolate Labrador Retriever.
