Ken Bleznak, started his career in commercial real estate in 1987 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President at CBRE’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office. In his various roles, Ken focuses on both Tenant and Landlord representation as well as strategic consulting for national and regional clients.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Ken was a founder of Atlantic Real Estate Group, based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where he served as President since 2002. Before launching Atlantic, Ken worked at several large firms including Jackson-Cross (Insignia/ESG), Metro Commercial and Colliers. Using his long and diverse experience in the industry, Ken has helped to design and execute many of his clients’ strategic initiatives. These projects have included acquisitions and dispositions, creating analytics to determine potential new trade areas as well as multi-market repositioning and consolation programs.

Recent notable successes include representing tenants or landlords in the following transactions:

  • VCA Existing Hospital Portfolio – disposition, repositioning, consolidation and analytics for 5M SF
  • Ross Stores - 12th & Market St, Philadelphia and Brookhaven SC, Brookhaven, PA (both Dual Rep)
  • Broadcast District – Created JV for 135k retail and 700 housing units in Wyomissing, PA.
       Preleased 85% of the retail prior to closing all new to market tenants.
  • VCA Urgent Care expansion –  48 transactions in 36 months nationally totaling 190,000SF
  • Whole Foods – 3 new signed leases in Doylestown, Collegeville, Wyomissing Pennsylvania
  • Amazon – 9 Fresh Grocery store leases in the Philadelphia MSA
  • Stoltz Management – 4 local retail projects. Repositioned anchors and tenant mix with 20 leases.

Throughout his career, Ken has represented some of the premier names in the retail industry. He has worked with national and local landlords as a both broker and consultant to redevelop and reposition their assets for optimal tenant mix and value.

He has a B.S in Finance & Marketing from Syracuse (1987) and has spoken to students on opportunities for future jobs in the industry. While not at work, Ken enjoys playing ice hockey, basketball and skis as often as his schedule will allow. He has served on several boards and committees, offering his time and experience as a supporter of these charitable and community organizations. He and his wife Jamie reside in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania and in close proximity to their five children; Albert, Ayla, Kate, Jack and Dara.
