Ken Brown is a Senior Vice President at CBRE. Brown’s team works exclusively within the Healthcare sector with a special emphasis on Mental and Behavioral Health for national clients. This team is dedicated to providing strategic real estate advisory services, including: portfolio strategy, healthcare analytics, site selection & location intelligence, financial consulting and transaction expertise (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, debt & structured finance). Brown began in the commercial real estate industry in 2014 and has spent most of his career in the Greater Colorado Market.

Brown earned his Bachelor of Science from Clemson University and his Masters of Leadership from Denver Seminary. Brown is a life-long learner and challenges himself to remain relevant and up-to-date in the everchanging healthcare sector.
