Director – FM Implementation – 2010 to Present
As part of the CBRE – FM and Technical Solutions Group, Ken is responsible for account and business development support of our corporate clients. He also manages new business transitions, account transformation and refresh projects.
His focus is on providing solutions for Facility Management organizational structure, work flow process management, engineering and maintenance programs and account refresh support.
Ken joined CBRE from EMCOR Group, Inc., where he last served as Director of Operations for Site-based Commercial Accounts located in the Western US, and prior to that as Director of Operations and Transitions in a national capacity. He was responsible for new account implementation and ensuring industry best practices were utilized in the field.
Prior to his role with EMCOR, he was with JP Morgan Chase & Company where he served as Vice President and General Manager in their Corporate Real Estate Group and Asset Manager for large commercial office portfolios in Ohio and West Virginia.
He retired from the US Naval Reserve where he spent over 20 years in engineering maintenance and related fields before entering private industry.
Ken has extensive experience with Facility Management and aspects of engineering and technical services delivery in the industry.
