As Managing Director of Retail Client Solutions, Kenna Brannon is responsible for the practice’s client solutions, business operations and client care in the Americas. In her current role, she leverages CBRE’s vast platform of services, expertise, information, systems, industry-leading resources and award-winning technology to build the optimal account infrastructure for each client, ensuring transformative service delivery programs and highly successful transaction management and lease administration results.
With 18 years of related experience, she is an expert in developing and implementing innovative solutions with supporting technology for domestic and international corporate portfolios. Her account transition experience includes hundreds of properties and millions of square feet of space, including office, industrial and retail assets worldwide.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kenna honed valuable experience in retail real estate intelligence solutions at CBRE and Forum Analytics, as both a Vice President of Technical Sales and Director of Business Development. As a Vice President with Buxton Co., she provided strategic direction for the Account Management team with responsibility for Buxton’s entire customer base. In this role, she was the primary liaison between external clients and internal sales and project teams, building on her client services experience/account executive and research analysis experience.
