Kevin Arritt

Kevin Arritt leads renewable energy engagements for CBRE Energy & Renewables clients. As the primary contact for new clients, Kevin expertly simplifies the complexity of the renewable energy marketplace, guiding clients from initial discussions to the finalization of contracts. His expertise encompasses community solar projects, virtual power purchase agreements (VPPAs), distributed generation including onsite solar, and the strategic use of transferable tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Kevin plays a pivotal role in helping clients develop tailored strategies and secure unique opportunities that drive both sustainability and financial returns.

Before joining CBRE, Kevin was a managing director with the renewable advisory group of NRG Energy. Prior to that, he led utility-scale and sustainability projects at Trio and served as a Consultant at The Brattle Group, collaborating with utilities, transmission owners, and grid operators. His previous experience at Eversource Energy focused on offshore wind, battery storage, and electric vehicle strategies. With over 12 years in the renewable energy sector, Kevin combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic approach to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
