Kevin Arritt leads client engagement for CBRE Energy, working with global corporations to reduce energy costs and manage risk across volatile markets. Kevin specializes in structuring transactions that deliver operational savings without upfront investment, guiding both clients and internal teams from initial strategy through deal execution. He maintains oversight of business development and client relationships across the practice.

Kevin's work spans corporate power purchase agreements, utility-scale battery tolling agreements, battery storage site leases, community solar programs, energy procurement, onsite generation, and tax credit transactions. He focuses on conservative structuring and downside protection, ensuring clients secure favorable economics while minimizing exposure to market volatility. His client base ranges from Fortune 100 companies managing multi-state energy portfolios to real estate owners evaluating revenue opportunities from hosting energy infrastructure.

Before joining CBRE Energy, Kevin was in a leadership role on NRG Energy's renewable advisory practice, structuring sophisticated transactions for large energy users. He previously managed renewable energy and sustainability projects at Trio and served as a Consultant at The Brattle Group, advising utilities, power producers, and grid operators on market and regulatory strategy. With over 12 years in energy markets, Kevin combines deep technical knowledge with commercial expertise to help organizations turn energy from a line-item expense into a strategic advantage.
