Kevin Broderick joined CBRE in 2011. He specializes in the disposition of investment grade multi-tenant and single-tenant net leased real estate. Through 14 years of commercial and investment real estate experience, Kevin has expertise in the analysis, marketing, and sale of investment grade real estate.

Kevin Broderick, in partnership with Matt Gray, have completed 76 transactions, for a total consideration in excess of $287 million over the last 8 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin was employed as an associate broker at Marcus & Millichap where he was directly involved in the marketing and sale of shopping centers and office properties for private investors and banks.
