Kevin Collins serves as Managing Director with Advisory & Transaction Services in Chicago, overseeing office occupier services. In this role, Kevin focuses on increasing value for CBRE clients by connecting professionals, technology tools and other resources to help companies execute real estate strategies that best deliver on their overall business objectives. He leverages his 10 years in commercial real estate to provide strategic management oversight for occupier professionals across CBRE Chicago’s downtown and suburban offices.
Previously, Kevin was Managing Director on the Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services (“A&T”) Client Solutions team, focused on CBRE’s Midwest Division. Kevin worked closely with local professionals to grow existing and win new multi-market accounts, focused on Transaction Management. Kevin initially joined the A&T team as a Business Analyst before moving into his current role.
Prior to joining the A&T platform, Kevin served as an Associate on CBRE’s Chicago Multi-Housing Investment Team, where he focused on financial analysis and market research. He also assisted in marketing efforts to institutional and private investors. Previously, Kevin was also a member of the Detroit Global Corporate Services Team, where he was responsible for transaction management, site selection and sourcing new business. After completing summer internships with CBRE in 2007 and 2008, Kevin joined the firm full-time in 2009 as a Researcher in the Detroit office, focusing on Detroit’s metropolitan industrial market and product supply.
