Kevin Emery

Currently the Alliance Director on the Reynolds American account, Kevin Emery is the single point of contact responsible for real estate services being provided by CBRE.

Mr. Emery leads a team of 58 CBRE employees and is responsible for managing all service providers delivering facility management, move coordination, project management and transaction management services to Reynolds American.

Prior to Reynolds American, Mr. Emery was the Senior Director of Global Facility Management for the Cisco Systems account and led over 300 employees in providing critical facilities management and change management services.

Prior to the Cisco Systems account and with the Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Emery served in multiple roles for the Bank of America, Dade Behring, Siemens, and NationsBank accounts.

Mr. Emery’s extensive career has given him over 25 years of corporate and commercial real estate experience making him a specialist in supporting and managing services outsourced to large corporate customers.
