Kevin has been active in the Washington DC commercial real estate industry since 1994, representing the interests of both landlords and tenants.
Kevin specializes his practice in Downtown Washington, DC. During his tenure, Kevin has represented tenants to maximize the value of their real estate and enhance business operations. His occupier clients include law firms, consulting firms, national corporations, non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations and political consulting firms. He takes great pride in the fact that has worked with many of his occupier clients for decades.
Additionally, Kevin has distinguished himself as a leading agency leasing broker representing the interests of landlords in the successful repositioning and marketing of their assets.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Kevin spent 10 years with Grubb & Ellis, where was recognized on multiple occasions with a Top-National Producer Award.
