In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Kevin Kennedy is a leader at CBRE and has been providing strategic advisory services to organizations since 2001. He joined CBRE/New England in July 2003 following its merger with Insignia/ESG.
Since 2001, Mr. Kennedy has distinguished himself as one of the top brokerage professionals at CBRE. In addition to a variety of local transactions, Mr. Kennedy has established numerous long-term relationships with some of the world’s largest corporations who benefit from his representation on a national and international level.
Most recently, Mr. Kennedy helped coordinate strategic real estate consulting services for Teradyne, Peloton Consulting, Industrious, LEK Consulting, Ameriprise, Visterra and LeClairRyan – some of the fastest growing companies in the country. In 2014, Mr. Kennedy accepted an invitation from the firm to join the national Technology and Media Practice Group.
