Kevin Nolen joined CBRE in June 2025 to co-lead land investment sales for Southern California. He previously spent more than 17 years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group (since 2008), where he specialized as a senior managing director in institutional development opportunities and co-lead the Cushman National Urban and Suburban Land platform.
Kevin Nolen co-leads one of the premier brokerage teams for institutional land transactions in Southern California and beyond. His expertise spans urban infill, large-scale residential communities, mixed-use developments, and high-density multifamily projects.
Renowned for his market knowledge, trusted developer relationships, and consistent ability to execute complex deals, he has advised many of the nation’s top home builders and institutional investors. While rooted in San Diego, Kevin and his team actively operate across Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Northern California, and other key growth markets, completing over $1.5 billion in sales from over 250 transactions.
