Kevin Schutte

Kevin J. Schutte is a partner in CBRE’s national airport properties group, focused on representing clients in their purchase, sales, development and leasing of aircraft hangar and aviation properties across the country. Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate business, including as managing director of CBRE’s Cincinnati office, with extensive experience in development, sales and leasing of industrial, office and aviation related real estate. Kevin has also been a licensed pilot and aviation enthusiast for over 33 years.

Clients include airports, Maintenance Repair and Overhaul companies, (MROs), aircraft service centers, charter operators, Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), air cargo operations, aircraft manufacturers, and aviation related companies with airport real estate needs.

Commercial Real Estate Experience

• Responsible for leasing 22 million square feet industrial portfolio maintaining occupancy over 94% averaging over 32 lease transactions every year for over 18 years.
• Completed 12 commercial real estate development projects totaling over $430 million dollars in total consideration.
• Represented buyers and sellers in dozens of commercial real estate transactions including complex land development projects, land lease transactions, and traditional fee simple purchase and sale transactions.
• Managing Director of CBRE’s Cincinnati office from 2016-2025
