Kevin joined CBRE in 2020 as a member of the firm’s Corporate Occupier and Tenant Services Group. He has spent 20+ years exclusively representing end-users of commercial real estate, focusing primarily in the office and industrial sectors helping clients to align their real estate with business, financial, and operational objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin was a Principal at Allegro Realty Advisors, a boutique corporate real estate advisory firm, successfully leading and growing the tenant representation and transaction advisory group for more than a decade.
By leveraging his skill set in strategic planning, transaction management and financial analysis, he has helped his clients navigate some of the most significant and complex transactions in the region. Kevin’s multi-market client base has allowed him to apply his expertise in many other markets throughout the U.S. By focusing on delivering best-in-class tenant representation and occupier services on both a local and national scale, Kevin is able to fully align his practice with clients ranging from private and publicly traded corporations to non-profit entities, delivering exceptional results.
