Kilar is a lifelong Columbus native and joins CBRE as Senior Associate specializing in Advisory and Transaction services in the Industrial sector after spending three years at JLL where he specialized in industrial tenant and agency representation throughout Central Ohio. Prior to joining the workforce, Kilar attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning.
His attention to detail throughout deals allows him to deliver top tier results for his clients. Kilar has successfully led numerous transactions providing real estate solutions for Fortune 500 firms, smaller local business, and everything in between. His experience allows him to navigate complex leases, renewals, expansions, build-to-suits, acquisitions, and dispositions.
