His outstanding performance was highlighted by being named the #1 broker in CBRE Pittsburgh in 2022.
Kim’s commitment to fostering repeat business is evident in the trust placed in him by numerous tenants and landlords throughout North America. His comprehensive skill set encompasses market studies, location analysis, investment sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation. Moreover, he adeptly manages national multi-market lease and disposition assignments, offering valuable insights to clients seeking the best property choices to meet their specific site selection criteria.
Since joining CBRE in 1995, Kim has consistently been a top producer, earning accolades not only within the Pittsburgh office but also ranking among the top 200 producers in the Americas in CBRE’s Recognition Awards. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Kim established himself as a top producer at Grubb & Ellis after starting his real estate career in the family business in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Kim’s dedication to being a problem solver for his clients is evident in his ability to facilitate successful outcomes for them. His approach is rooted in understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that drive results. This commitment to excellence has resulted in the leasing or sale of more than three billion dollars of real estate assets under his guidance.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kim and his wife, Donna, made Pittsburgh their permanent home in 1985. Before working in the real estate industry, Kim Clackson was a professional hockey player for WHA and the NHL.
