Kim Follett is Managing Director and market leader of CBRE’s Sacramento, Roseville, Reno and Central Valley offices. She oversees CBRE’s Advisory business in the Greater Sacramento, Northern Nevada and Central Valley, including property sales, leasing and debt and structured finance.
She was previously Senior Sales Director, where she led business development and was instrumental in establishing CRE’s leading market share in the region. She has also worked closely with large national and global tenants, managing client leasing portfolios totaling more than ±11.5 million square feet.
Kim lives in Sacramento with her husband, young son and daughter and dog.
