Ms. Kimberly McGree, MAI is a VAS-Vice President within the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Mountain Northwest team located in Butte, Montana. Ms. McGree has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 13 years. Ms. McGree has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in a wide variety of property types including: Self Storage, general and medical Office buildings, Hotels, Mobile Home Parks, Retail, Multi Family, Industrial and Land.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. McGree founded Northwest Mountain Appraisal Group as well as worked for Valbridge as a senior appraiser. She is a native of Montana who spent time in the Pacific Northwest gaining experience in appraising commercial real estate.
