As Head of Operations for U.S. Markets within Valuation & Advisory Services, Kim oversees a broad portfolio of operational functions that drive efficiency and excellence across the business. Her leadership spans local market operations as well as specialized service lines, including Assessment & Consulting Services, Property Tax & Transaction Services, Right-of-Way, Strategic Clients, and Portfolio Services.
Kim has been with CBRE for more than 17 years, beginning her career in an administrative role supporting the VAS business in New York. Over nearly two decades, she has been an integral part of the team during a period of significant growth, taking on increasing responsibilities and playing a key role in shaping operational strategy.
Recognized for her ability to streamline processes, integrate complex initiatives, and deliver measurable results, Kim was named a finalist for the prestigious Women’s Network Growth Award in 2022, honoring professionals who demonstrate exponential growth while exemplifying CBRE’s RISE values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. In 2024, she earned the Valuation & Advisory Services President’s Award for her dedication and tireless work ethic in managing multiple acquisitions while continuing to oversee U.S. Operations.
