Kimberly Gorrin is a Senior Real Estate Manager specializing in industrial properties in South Florida. She is responsible for managing a 909,000+ square-foot industrial/retail portfolio on behalf of Nuveen Real Estate.
Ms. Gorrin has 19 years of real estate experience in multiple property types, such as office, industrial and retail. She joined CBRE in 2012 as a Real Estate Manager and has since built a strong track record with industrial portfolios across South Florida. Her key strengths are maximizing ownership return on investment through proactive expense management. She focuses on improving overall tenant satisfaction and retention with prompt response to tenant concerns. Ms. Gorrin also has a background in lease administration, large-scale capital improvement projects and financial performance of each asset.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Gorrin worked as a Regional Manager for Delma Realty where she managed the South Florida portfolio of 580,519 square feet. She oversaw the property management monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, she managed the relationship between tenant and client, monitored expenses related to budget conformity and performed regular site visits.
