Kimberly Hopkins

As the National Client Solutions Director for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services division, Kim leads the VAS conference strategy, facilitates cross-business line collaboration, and oversees the development of marketing materials for sector and specialty campaigns. Prior to this role, she served as the National Business Development Leader for CBRE’s Assessment & Consulting Services. Her ongoing contributions focus on identifying opportunities to serve clients at the highest level through contributions from all business lines within CBRE and asset classes.

Based in Central Texas, Kim has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate serving the industry in a high-profile role as Executive Director of CREW Dallas for 15 years. Her experience in identifying and executing strategic priorities, securing operational funds and charitable dollars to support local and national nonprofits were centered around her deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and priorities of maximum impact.

She has been an activator and advocate in inspiring others to pursue commercial real estate as their career and has led initiatives that create an inclusive culture and sense of belonging in the industry. Kim's broad network allows her to be a connector of business and opportunities which positively impacts people individually as well as organizations she is a part of.

Her colleagues and clients benefit from her project management skills, attention to detail and solution focused approach. When Kim is out of the office, she is usually exploring National Parks and loves to hike, white water raft, enjoys watching baseball and cheering on her favorite golfers on the LPGA and PGA tours.
