Kip Durrell has been a leader in the commercial brokerage industry since 1992 specializing in Tenant Representation & Corporate Account Work advising occupier clients within the Greater Puget Sound Region.

Kip has earned a reputation for focusing on doing what’s best for his clients at the highest level of standards. He applies his knowledge & experience advising clients of all sizes from start ups to public firms navigating them through a dynamic real estate cycle. Most of Kip’s clients are long term relationships including Ignition Partners, Berntson Porter CPA, NAES, AutoNation, Puget Sound Energy, Performance Contracting, Inc, Windermere Real Estate, Baird Financial, Pella Corporation, ROOT Sports, Legacy Capital, Transpo Group. 

During Kip’s initial entry into commercial real estate, he focused his efforts on representing Landlords within the Eastside office market representing private & institutional Landlords. This experience allowed Kip to understand the analytics about how property owners structure & underwrite leasing transactions providing him the mindset on how to advise his occupier clients. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Kip started his professional real estate career with Pacific Real Estate Partners in 1992 & transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield 10 years later to assist in creating an Occupier Advisory Group. Throughout his career, Kip has continued to collaborate with his colleagues & clients to better understand client’s adaptive needs. He continues to deliver exceptional outcomes negotiating complex real estate transactions. He has been consistently recognized as one of the premier occupier professionals in the market earning superior excellence achievements for customer service. Kip continues to deliver the highest level of service in management and oversight for his occupier clients at CBRE.
