Kris is head of the CBRE’s Data Centre & Digital Infrastructure Valuation group, the largest team currently dedicated to and solely responsible for the valuation of data centers and digital infra-assets across the EMEA region. Kris has a deep knowledge of the sector and has specialized exclusively in data centers for over eight years. Kris oversees over £50 billion of valuations each year.
Kris’s oversees Valuation of the full spectrum of data center assets in EMEA from development land to stabilized and fully operational co-location and hyperscale facilities.
Notable clients include Goldman Sachs, ING Bank, Brookfield, Macquarie, Amazon, Microsoft, Equinix, Virtus Data Centers, Vantage Data Centers, EdgeConnex, Global Switch, Bank of America, and Iron Mountain Data Centers. He carries out work for a variety of purposes including accounting, loan security, investment and acquisition, transaction due diligence, stock exchange listings as well as strategic and investment consultancy. Kris works with a network of valuers across EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific to promote CBRE’s data center valuation capability globally, ensuring the provision of consistent cross-border service.
Kris sits on the RICS steering panel for Data Centers and has contributed to panel sessions at global data center conferences.
