Kristen Blumetti

Kristen Blumetti is currently a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Boston Consulting practice. She joined CBRE in 2009 as a part of the Urban Advisory & Transaction Services team, specializing in office leasing in the downtown Boston market. Representing both tenants and landlords, Kristen has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, from growing start-ups to large anchor tenants. Her skillset grew to include financial analysis, complex lease negotiations and long-term portfolio strategy.

Kristen now co-leads the consulting practice's Corporate Accounts team, where she is responsible for account management and brokerage services for corporate clients throughout the Greater Boston marketplace, nationally and internationally. She assists her clients with strategic initiatives including transaction advisory, workplace strategy, utilization studies, technology tool implementations, and account process integration. She collaborates with her Boston-based consulting team to approach each account's unique challenges by leveraging CBRE's capabilities to deliver quality solutions.
