Kristen Crossman-Fox has been with CBRE since June 2015 and is a Vice President (Honorary Title) with the CBRE Global Retail Services Team. Ms. Crossman-Fox works alongside Vice Chairman David LaPierre, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation.
In 2018, Ms. Crossman-Fox was selected by the New York Real Estate Journal as one of New York’s “Ones to Watch” in recognition of her position as a rising star in commercial real estate. Prior to her current role, Ms. Crossman-Fox served as a Retail Researcher in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. During this time, she produced CBRE’s Quarterly Manhattan MarketView, which received press from notable publications such as: The Real Deal, The New York Real Estate Journal, and Commercial Observer.
Ms. Crossman-Fox graduated from Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College & Smeal College of Business in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Risk Management. While a student at Penn State, Ms. Crossman-Fox received several honors including the Institute for Real Estate Studies Scholarship for strong academic performance and a promising future career in real estate, the Carey Lynne DeMoss, ESQ. Memorial Award for excellence in building a global perspective, the Stuart and Michele Rothstein Scholarship in Real Estate for academic achievement and co-curricular and leadership experience, and graduated with Distinction.
Prior to graduation, Ms. Crossman-Fox worked as a Summer Analyst for Altus Group where she generated quarterly valuations for a multitude of large property portfolios. Her experience analyzing both property specific and broad market data has helped her to develop a unique skill set in assisting clients make valuable strategic real estate decisions.
