Kristen Johnson

Kristen Johnson is an Investment Sales Manager on the Mountain/Southwest Team of CBRE Hotels, Institutional Investment group. Kristen is part of a team of five professionals, led by Mark Darrington and Larry Kaplan, who are focused on the disposition of investment properties throughout the region. Kristen acts as a team operations manager, handling a wide range of functions that include financial analysis, due diligence coordination, production of marketing collateral, opinion of values, offering memorandums, and business development, as well as property website management, client reporting, and executive level support. Prior to joining the Mountain/Southwest Team, Kristen assisted brokers on the CBRE Hotels national platform, as part of the Central Support team.

Prior to joining CBRE Hotels in 2015, Kristen previously served as a Consultant with PKF Consulting USA since 2010, one of the largest hospitality consulting and valuation services providers in the United States. During her time with PKF Consulting, Kristen worked on feasibility analyses, valuations, litigations, and consulting assignments for a variety of hospitality related projects that included hotels, mixed-use residential, ski resorts, golf courses, and condominium hotel developments. She was involved in nearly 300 appraisal and feasibility assignments with total property values amounting to over $2.0 billion.
