Kristi Rankin

Kristi is the Head of U.S. Property Management (PM) Operations, responsible for ensuring consistency, governance, and efficiency across our national operations. She is focused on delivering consistency across markets through the establishment of key functions within our PM Operations teams and governance over our Commercial and contracted services through the implementation of our comprehensive Risk Management program. Kristi’s role centers on implementing Global Standards and training programs, managing operational risk, and aligning performance metrics to our markets—all of which contribute to driving a high-level service delivery model to our clients.

Previously, Kristi was the Managing Director for CBRE PM in the Chicago market, comprising of 48-million-square-feet of office, industrial, and retail properties. She oversaw the growing portfolio and supported 275+ local professionals. Kristi’s role centered on developing and executing initiatives in areas of business development, financials, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. She had direct oversight of day-to-day operations, leading local PM teams to develop efficiencies and streamline service delivery across the portfolio.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Kristi was Chief Operating Officer for IRC Retail Centers (formerly Inland Real Estate Corporation). In this role, she served as member of the company’s Executive Management Committee, overseeing Property Management, Construction Management, Operations, Risk Management, Legal, Information Technology and Human Resources for a portfolio of open-air shopping centers comprising of more than 18-million-square-feet of leasable space.
